Birkenstocks, red stilettos, nikes, I have been there, trust me.
I was desperate to be thin.
Or as my friends and I used to refer to it, “skinny”.
If I could just be skinny everything would be right in the world.
I thought it was so unfair.
I wished more than anything there was a secret.
I tried literally EVERYTHING.
I was the friend that was always on this diet or that cleanse.
I was also the friend that loved food a little too much.
I was constantly yo-yoing my way (miserably) through life.
I thought the only options were to starve myself and be thin or to just eat what I wanted and be chunky.
Then after 20 years of struggling I went on a mission to crack the code.
For me.
For my daughter.
For the legacy I want to create and the diet culture I want obliterate.
And I did. I cracked the code.
I weigh what I want.
I love my body.
Food doesn’t take up endless amounts of brain space.
And the kicker. I eat real food. And a lot of it.
I am literally obsessed with working with clients like you because I want this level of freedom for everyone now that I know it is possible.
