Will it still be uncomfortable to say “no thank you” to the FALSE PLEASURE of eating the chocolate? Yes. At first.

BUT when you’ve stacked your week with TRUE PLEASURES it does make it easier to say “no thank you”.

A hike?
In bed at 9pm with your favorite book? (Ps I am reading the great alone by Kristin Hannah rn- it’s sooooo good!)
