Vacation

Hey yummy beauties!

​I am back from vacation.

​Ate on a “vacation protocol”.

​Gained a few pounds.

​It’s no big deal.

​It was on purpose. I was pretty sure I’d gain a bit.

​But I will lose it.

​Because I just go back to eating the way I normally eat. The way I love to eat.

​EVEN THOUGH: My dad came to visit the day we got back and we had a lot of socially type plans

​EVEN THOUGH: I’m going to Mexico tomorrow

​EVEN THOUGH: when I get back from Mexico my dad will be here and then when we leave to go on another trip

​For all of these EVEN THOUGHS I will choose to eat in the way I love and serves me. I will honor my “regular life protocol”.

​In the past, these life events would have meant a 5-10 pound gain that I wouldn’t lose until like the next drastic diet once my life “calmed down” and I didn’t have too many plans. That could mean 6 months or a year.

​I would just never lose the vacation weight. I’d get a case of the fuck its and actually go the opposite direction because it’s just too hard, it’s too much, I just can’t. And I’d feel like absolute ASS, physically, mentally, emotionally.

​But now I just weigh my natural weight and once or twice a year I do a vacation protocol. ONCE OR TWICE.

​That’s what works for me.
