The Sobering Statistics

We know the sobering statistics: Most people who lose weight will gain it back. (not my clients!!!!)

Why?

Because we never get to the root cause of why we keep yoyoing, of why we just can’t say no, of why we aren’t at our natural weight, of why we keep eating when we actually don’t need more food.

We’re just treating the symptom of overeating (which does not mean binge - it just means more food than you need!) with another bandaid: like a cleanse or diet or thing that is a diet but called something else because diets aren’t cool anymore.

If you want to lose weight for the last time you have to do something new and different that treats the root of where you are at. It’s actually not that hard.

If you want a different result you have to do something that’s actually different.
