Are you in purgatory?

A lot of us are in purgatory and we don't even know it.

Read this and find out if you are in purgatory and if you are, how to get out.

So.

You want to lose weight.

Every morning you catch yourself in the mirror or you go to get dressed (“let’s just skip the mirror all together”) and you notice, again, you do not look and feel the way you want to.

You are kind of disgusted, defeated and really disappointed.

You know these feelings are going to stay with you throughout the day.

You promise yourself you will do better today.

But then you don't.

And then the next day you still wish you didn’t look the way you looked.

It is like groundhog day.

You are trapped.

This is purgatory people.

You can stay here and be miserable.

Or you can get out.

There are three options:

  1. Decide to love your body as is, eat what you want when you want and maybe even buy some clothes that actually fit and commit to this new life of acceptance.

  1. Decide to do something new and different that you have never done and change your body and your life forever.

  1. Just stay in purgatory.

All of these options will be uncomfortable.

The most uncomfortable in my opinion is staying in purgatory.

Wanting something so badly on the daily without actually doing anything about it is excruciating.

It is like punching yourself in the face over and over and over again.

The best thing you can do for yourself is to decide which option you choose and don’t stop until you get there.

If you want help getting out, I can help you. I have been there.

Have the Best Week Ever!
